As the breeze rolls off the Atlantic I am ready for what promises to be a great season. As many of you know I won the British Rally Championship in 2009 and thanks to my performances throughout the year, I was entered into the competition to win a star drive. Yes I am going to get a new car, I will be competing in a TEG prepared GpN Subaru Impreza and it will run on Pirelli tyres.

On Thursday (March 4 2010) I will get my first drive in the car. I have a full day of testing at the Sweet Lamb complex and I am really looking forward to it. It will be a great buzz to get some mileage on the car on this pre-season test.

This week is going to be a busy one, as I will be running as zero car on the 35th Malcolm Wilson Rally on Saturday (March 6 2010).  Although I will not be there in a competitive role, I will still be keeping an eye on my stage times.

The rally has changed to accommodate a new route in Grizedale Forest, a classic rally stage and one I am fired up for.

I look forward to seeing many of you at the Malcolm Wilson Rally and log on to www.keithcroninrallying.com for the latest blog as I’ll be letting you all know how my first test in the Subaru Impreza goes tomorrow.

Keep her lit!

Keith.
